Feature Requests

Hi! We love the platform, but it'd be great if we could add clients directly to each social space without them taking up one of our seats. They only need to review posts and sometimes adjust dates, and right now the only option is having them create an account through the public view. They can get email reminders if they enable the responses feature, but that's a bit clunky. It'd be nicer if we could just add them to Rella directly with limited access.

When sharing a project, the “Manage” module’s content list doesn’t appear to follow a standard order. For example, my list currently runs Nov 22, 15, 5, 2, then 29, with To Edit, Scheduled and Ready to Post items all mixed together. This makes it hard to quickly choose what to make public, especially in larger projects. It would be really helpful to have one or both of these options: Automatic group by status: Show content in groups, such as To Edit, Ready to Post and Scheduled. Filter by status: Show only the selected statuses, ideally alongside the existing search bar. Being able to sort by date would also help. Together, these changes would make it faster to find and select the right content, and would reduce the risk of sharing unfinished work by mistake.

Have a setting that will allow all content within a project to be automatically public so that when the calendar is shared with the client you don't have to also manually select each post. In addition, add an option for selecting multiple posts at once to add to a specific project from any view, including calendar view.

My clients want the ability to edit their external comments! Sometimes they'l hit enter and it'll automatically post mid-thought, and we'll end up with 3-5 comments on each post!

I have elderly clients who are always on the go being the boss owners they are and they need a simple way to view captions, the "more" button at the bottom if not clicked on directly can play the video and starts to get conflicted with the caption being opened. It gets frustrating for them sometimes and not ideal when i have a small window of time to get their attention and need seamless approvals. Maybe having the captions separate and easier to see. Would also be nice to have the feedback chat feature easy to see as an option for people click into it's hard to find it. Either both Captions and chat feature could sit right underneath or above the post mockup? making an easy first glance yes or no from the client side. PS also putting a play button over the videos that are suppose to be videos would help to indicate that they can tap on it.

Having a tab along the top (where board, calendar, analytics, feed) with a record-keeping tool that tracks the amount of time an individual spends on various tasks or projects so that freelancers/smm that charge by the hour would have an easy way to share that information with clients before/while invoicing

Ability to set Team members to require approval before being able to schedule a post. We have levels of team members as an in-house operation. Would be great if our junior marketing could help by uploading media/captions etc but NOT accidentally (🤔) set it to approved and it goes out with errors.

For clients that prefer a collaborative approach to content creation and who would like to use Rella as a reference point without having to actually login and manage the platform, it would be great to have a separate "External Assignee" section for clients who do not have a login, but are responsible for creating content for a post. For example, right now my client and I plan out of spreadsheet still so we can divide up who is responsible for various pieces of content. Then once they create their content they add it to the media file in Rella for the monthly project, and I manage my content creation in Rella as well as scheduling all the posts in Rella. It would be nice if I could plan inside of Rella and use that as our reference point instead of a spreadsheet. Even if the client doesn't use Rella, it would be great for me to be able to at least see that the content is their responsibility in a spreadsheet style view.

Hi! Is there a way to automate posts showing up in the public link? Right now, every time we create new posts, we have to go back into the link, re-select all of them, and update it again, which gets tedious when we're sharing with clients.
